Overview

Supports the Investor Relations function at Paychex through research, data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

+ Assists with preparation for quarterly earnings calls, investor events, investor outreach, ad hoc analyst questions, and other investor relations activities. Prepares reports and presentations for Senior Management.

+ Conducts industry research and monitors the Company, peer, and industry-specific research, consensus estimates, and other key financial data and market trends to complete competitive analysis.

+ Analyzes internal forecasts and analyst consensus models to develop recommendations for guidance provided to the investment community.

+ Assists with content support and review for presentations for internal and external meetings, which involve company-wide financial information to ensure accuracy and consistency of information provided to our stakeholders.

+ Updates existing investor relations content and helps to develop enhancements or new presentations as needed.

+ Prepares materials for the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and other internal audiences on investor relations activities, share ownership, and valuation as required.

+ Maintains the investor relations website content through a third-party provider.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business - Required

+ 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, buy-side investing and/or Corporate Finance

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $ $76,650- $120,450 annually. Please remember that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
