Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our family law firm in Deer Park, Texas. This role involves managing diverse and complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and asset division matters. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocacy, enjoys litigation, and excels in client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, visitation, protective orders, and asset division.

• Conduct in-depth legal research to develop strategies and support case arguments.

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Participate in depositions, mediation sessions, and court hearings to advocate for clients.

• Communicate technical legal matters clearly and empathetically to clients with varying levels of understanding.

• Manage billable hours effectively and ensure compliance with case management protocols.

• Collaborate with team members in an in-office environment to achieve successful outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law practices and procedures.

• Provide strategic advice to clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Requirements • Active license to practice law in Texas.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law cases.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Proficiency with legal tools and software such as Adobe Acrobat, case management systems, and document management platforms.

• Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation, including briefing and complaint handling.

• Passion for trial work and client advocacy.
