    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Middleton, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to Long-Term position with the potential to transition into an ongoing role after approximately six months. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, manage service requests, and ensure smooth communication between clients and service technicians.     Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming service requests and coordinate scheduling with service technicians.

    • Input and maintain accurate data in the company’s systems for all customer interactions and service activities.

    • Respond to 15-20 service calls daily, ensuring prompt and detail-focused communication.

    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technicians or team members as needed.

    • Occasionally assist with warehouse tasks, such as moving boxes or receiving shipments.

    • Utilize ticketing systems like Zoho or similar platforms to manage and track service requests.

    • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Uphold a positive and detail-focused demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zoho or similar platforms is preferred.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing data entry and scheduling tasks.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.

    • Ability to adapt to a warehouse environment and assist with occasional physical tasks.
