Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional eager to kickstart your career in financial compliance and investigative analysis? Protiviti, a subsidiary of Robert Half and a global leader in consulting and risk management, is seeking Entry-Level Fraud Compliance Analysts for an exciting, long-term project.
In this role, entry level Analyst will work as part of a dynamic team, conducting internal investigations to identify potential money laundering activities. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you’re set up for success! The requirements to be considered for the Analyst positions will be strong Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & lookups), fast & accurate data entry (minimum of 7,500 keystrokes per hour), and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations while working through a variety of different systems. Recent graduates or graduate studentns are encouraged to apply.
Day to day duties:
Reviewing alerts and transactional data for irregularities or suspicious activity. Performing internal investigations by navigating up to 20 different systems. Conducting in-depth research to identify inconsistencies in client transactional behavior. Building case files using templates and preparing professional narratives based on investigative findings. Collaborating with departments to gather Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation. Staying current on AML regulations through ongoing learning and applying this knowledge in daily operations. Supporting the development and optimization of transaction monitoring systems with the technology team.

Requirements
Self-motivated individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, criminal justice, legal studies or related field is highly preferred.
Familiarity with technology and ability to toggle between applications.
