Description

At Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX designer for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design projects from concept to completion across web and/or mobile platforms. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma. Maintain and evolve our Figma design system and ensure cross-functional alignment. Develop and deliver thorough design documentation to support development handoff and stakeholder review. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices. Mentor entry level designers and contribute to design process improvements.

Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and collaboration features. Proven ability to produce clear, effective documentation (e.g., user flows, specs, annotations, research summaries). Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing enterprise or B2B applications. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar for documentation and collaboration. Background in user research or interaction design is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
