Description

Robert Half is looking for a full-time Attorney to join our client's litigation team in Park Ridge, Illinois. As an Attorney, you'll be tasked with managing complex commercial cases, conducting thorough legal research, and handling a diverse array of responsibilities.

+ Handle complex commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts.

+ Conduct detailed legal research and investigations to support cases.

+ Manage and discover large collections of documents and data files as part of the discovery process.

+ Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and deposition in court.

+ Visit dispute sites as part of case preparations.

+ Handle pre-trial matters, trial, and appeals.

+ Prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively.

+ Foster client relationships and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Requirements

+ Admittance to the state bar.

+ A minimum of one year of experience.

+ Commercial Litigation preferred.

+ Strong skills in Legal Research.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

+ Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
