Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented FULLY ON-SITE Customer Service Representative to join our team in Opelika, Alabama. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational efficiency. Your role will involve interacting with clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks and updating customer information.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Respond to customer emails with clear and timely communication.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accurate entry and prompt follow-up.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage reports and documentation.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
