Description We are looking for a skilled PHP/MySQL Programmer to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, ideal for a candidate with a strong background in web application development and database management. If you have experience with Java programming, that would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based applications to meet business requirements.

• Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within existing applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Test and deploy applications, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

• Assist in integrating Java-based components, if applicable, to improve functionality. Requirements • Proficiency in PHP programming and web application development.

• Strong experience with MySQL, including database design and optimization.

• Familiarity with Java programming is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to write clean and maintainable code following best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with testing and deploying applications in production environments.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working in a team.
