Job Overview:

The Ultrasound Technologist RE provides patient services using diagnostic ultrasound equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Graduate of an approved school of ultrasound

+ Certified by the ARRT or ARDMS

+ BLS through the American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Day Shift

+ Full-Time

Essential Functions:

+ The Ultrasound Technologist RE provides patient services using diagnostic ultrasound equipment.

+ The Ultrasound Technologist RE is competent in the production and analysis of ultrasound images used by physicians for patient diagnosis and treatment.

+ In addition, the individual must be prepared to render quality patient care by exercising discretion and judgment in the performance of ultrasound services.

+ Performs other duties as assigned
