Key Responsibilities

Lead and support accounting functions, including auditing, financial statement prep, and payroll.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to help manage sales orders and cost-to-completion projections.

Provide international financial expertise, including currency conversion (e.g., yen, pesos) and adherence to international accounting standards/practices.

Oversee month-end financial close schedules, ensuring accurate books with a 7-day close.

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

Requirements

• Proficient in Financial Statement preparation and analysis

• Extensive experience with General Ledger management and operations; including 7 day monthly close

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel, Dynamics NAV, etc.

• Experience with auditing, including planning and execution/liaison with Public Accounting Firms

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management; Dynamics NAV

• Experience in managing and processing Payroll operations

Fluent in Japanese, a plus!
