Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Southern California. This long-term contract position focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives. As part of the Consumer Applications unit supporting digital assets and websites, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable technical designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Partner with system architects and technical teams to design solutions that meet business and technical specifications.

• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

• Participate in testing and implementation phases to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as system specifications, flowcharts, and deployment plans.

• Ensure seamless integration of systems and applications by working with developers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and governance policies.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and functionality.

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve digital assets and customer experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance processes and tools.

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience working with B2C applications and marketing technologies.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and charting.

• Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation such as system requirements and design specifications.

• Experience integrating marketing technologies with software applications, databases, and APIs.

• Knowledge of software engineering, solution architecture, and system implementation.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
