    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk on a contract basis in Southern Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing medical data, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring seamless documentation processes. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and a background in healthcare systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter and maintain accurate medical data across various healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

    • Utilize software applications such as Adobe Acrobat, EMR, and MS Office to manage records and documentation.

    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

    • Assist in the preparation and organization of clinical and administrative reports.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in managing medical documentation.

    • Experience working with EMR or similar healthcare platforms.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and claims processing.

    • Ability to scan, file, and enter data with the utmost attention to detail.

    • Previous experience in within a medical setting strongly preferred.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle inbound calls professionally.

    • Knowledge of clinical trial operations and related data management processes
