Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Stanton, Tennessee, and play a critical role in supporting the operations and financial performance of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and enhance core financial processes and systems.
• Analyze daily cost performance and provide detailed reviews with management, focusing on key operational metrics.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee monthly accounting close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist the Controller in addressing and resolving internal control issues.
• Deliver analytical support for special projects and ad hoc financial studies.
• Foster relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across various departments.
• Provide support for inventory and manufacturing cost analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of finance and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and data analysis tools such as Alteryx or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory forecasting and manufacturing cost analysis is a plus.
