Overview:

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established land development consulting firm that provides comprehensive services in civil engineering, land surveying, land planning, and utility location. With continued growth and an expanding service offering, they are seeking a motivated AutoCAD Operator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to contribute to critical infrastructure and land development projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with engineering and surveying teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Generate detailed CAD drawings from survey data and design specifications.

+ Process drone imagery and apply photogrammetry to produce accurate visual mosaics.

+ Provide general administrative support, including filing and answering incoming calls.

+ Work closely with civil engineers, land surveyors, and technical staff to support project workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience in civil or architectural drafting preferred.

+ Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

+ Solid communication skills—both verbal and written.

+ Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

+ Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

+ Civil engineering, land surveying, or architectural background.

+ Exposure to utility data such as electric, fiber optics, water, sewer, and gas lines.

+ Experience with drone image processing is a plus.
