Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position with potential for growth, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to accurate and efficient data management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer sales orders into the system with efficiency and attention to detail.

• Prepare and organize documents for seamless data entry.

• Maintain consistent communication with account service representatives to ensure smooth operations.

• Enter warranty card information with precision and timeliness.

• Organize and manage files to support effective record-keeping.

• Perform calculations and verify numerical data for accuracy.

• Utilize scanning tools to digitize documents when required.

• Assist in email correspondence related to data entry tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools and systems as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong typing skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and acute attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, and general internet skills.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately.

• Positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive feedback.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
