Private Duty Nursing Pay Hourly Rates:

(Based on the acuity of patients you take on! We offer shift differential rates.)

LPN Day: Salary $25 - $28 / per hour

LPN Night: Salary $26 - $29 / per hour

Intermittent Skilled Nursing Visits:

(Hour-long skilled nursing visits for skills such as diabetic management, wound care, medication management, catheter change, etc.)

Salary $35 / per hour (LPN)

Maxim Healthcare in (Colorado Springs) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

+ Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

+ Current BLS card.
