    **VCA Crown Hill Animal Hospita** l is seeking a **Licensed Veterinary Technician** to join our Patient Care Team!

    **Schedule:** Full-time opportunity. 4/10’s flexible scheduling.

    **Compensation:** $ 32 – $ 36 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and licensure.

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    + **Patient Care** : Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering treatments, medications, and monitoring their recovery.

    + **Anesthesia and Surgery** : Assist veterinarians with surgical procedures, including anesthesia induction, monitoring, and post-operative care.

    + **Diagnostics** : Perform diagnostic tests such as blood work, urinalysis, and radiographs, ensuring accurate results and timely processing.

    + **Client Education** : Engage with clients to provide clear communication on their pets’ health, treatment plans, and preventive care.

    + **Record Keeping** : Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.

    + **Leadership and Mentorship** : Mentor junior staff and help foster a collaborative, positive work environment. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills and potentially lead teams or projects.
