The regular schedule is Sunday through Thursday - 8PM start at our Kirkland Road warehouse (Raleigh, near the farmer's market).

Compensation:

+ Average annual W2 for experienced and independent workers is $55K - $65K/ annually with most weeks being 38 to 44 hours.

The priorities of SOR Pressure Washing Technicians are:

+ SAFETY and OSHA compliance

+ Effective and professional communication with management, peers, and clients

+ Quality of work – getting the job done correctly

+ Efficiency and Timeliness – getting the job done on schedule (you make more here when you're accurate AND efficient!)

+ Trustworthiness - the ability to perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding

+ Coachability - able to absorb training from the experts we provide (You are working directly with experts- not just for orientation and initial training!)

Essential duties:

+ Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another. Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE.

+ Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available)

+ Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).

+ Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.

+ Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)

+ Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.

+ Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
