As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be involved in creating models, scenario analytics, M&A projects etc. to help guide the company on its path forward. Your problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity will be crucial in effectively managing multiple priorities
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Finance Transformation, and you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in Honeywell's strategic business. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-making process and contribute to the overall success of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop financial models and forecasts/scenarios to facilitate decision-making processes.
+ Interpret financial data and model outputs.
+ Assist on various M&A / Spin related projects and ad-hoc requests.
+ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning & analysis.
+ Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling.
+ Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
+ Graduate from a Corporate Finance Leadership Program.
+ Analytical excellence and experience in financial modeling especially on the cost side.
+ Self-starter / ability to work independently.
+ Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
+ Collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
