    This role is primarily focused on **_environmental compliance_** .

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the company in monitoring and managing environmental, health and safety (EH&S), compliance for all Crown domestic manufacturing and branch operations.

    + Develop EH&S programs, audit company facilities, and complete regulatory mandates in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

    + Develop and conduct appropriate training programs for company employees and assist in the development of internal EH&S programs.

    + Conduct EH&S audits of company facilities.

    + Monitor, prepare regulatory reports and coordinate on a regular basis, EH&S programs such as compliance with wastewater pretreatment regulations, stormwater, air emissions and hazardous waste regulations for designated company facilities.

    + Complete environmental permit applications for company facilities.

    + Work with the company employees, supervisors, managers and executives in addressing EH&S related issues.

    + This position requires significant travel (15%) and the successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision

    Qualifications

    + This position requires a four-year college degree in EH&S or related field.

    + A working knowledge of EH&S regulations and reporting required.

    + Three to five years’ experience in process operations in a manufacturing environment relating to EH&S management, air emissions, wastewater treatment and hazardous chemical regulations (including waste) are necessary for this position.

    + Valid driver’s license required.
