    **Adecco is hiring immediately for General Labor positions in Lake Orion, MI and surrounding areas.** Weekly pay starting at **$16.00+ per hour** with competitive benefits options including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).     This is an entry-level opportunity — no previous experience required! In this role, you’ll assist with various tasks in a warehouse or production environment, including moving materials, basic assembly, packaging, cleaning work areas, and following safety guidelines.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packaging, and basic assembly

    + Load and unload products from production lines or trucks

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

    + Assist machine operators and production teams as needed

    + Perform visual inspections on parts or products for quality assurance

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

    + Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    + Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

    + Reliable transportation to job sites in Lake Orion and surrounding areas

    + Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $19.50 per hour
