Restaurant Manager - Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000/year

Adecco Search is recruiting a dynamic, results-driven **Restaurant Manager** for a vibrant restaurant in **Rochester, NY** . As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent food preparation, cleanliness, efficiency, and upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety guidelines, and operational standards.

+ Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs to maintain profitability.

+ Oversee restaurant equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.

+ Recruit, hire, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing team.

+ Create a positive, engaging work environment that reflects the brand's values and culture.

+ Schedule and manage shifts to ensure proper coverage.

+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team development.

+ Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

+ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

+ Lead by example in demonstrating hospitality and a customer-first mindset.

+ Monitor financial performance, analyzing sales, labor costs, and profitability.

+ Implement strategies to increase revenue, streamline operations, and manage expenses.

+ Support local marketing efforts and build lasting community relationships.

Job Requirements:

+ High School Diploma.

+ 2-4 years of leadership experience, ideally in the service industry.

+ Experience with financial management and Microsoft tools.

+ A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success.
