**Adecco** is seeking a detail-oriented **Accounting Coordinator** to support daily Accounts Payable and Indirect Purchasing activities for our distribution centers. Responsibilities include processing special handling checks, managing GRIR, resolving outstanding payments, and providing ad-hoc AP support. This role will also contribute to period-end close processes and may support distribution center activities as needed.

+ **Shift** : Mon-Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Process and distribute local and special handling check payments.
+ Conduct follow-up and due diligence on outstanding and stale-dated checks.
+ Post GRIR clearings and resolve GRIR balances.
+ Review and manage payment date change requests.
+ Investigate and resolve outstanding credit memos and vendor invoice/payment issues.
+ Monitor and address parked/blocked invoices.
+ Assist with ACH rejections, check payment issues, and period-end close activities.
+ Support 1099 data collection and submission.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma; some college coursework preferred.
+ 1-2 years of accounting experience in an office setting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup), Outlook, and MS Word.
+ Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and identifying/resolving issues.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ ERP system experience; SAP experience is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $22.40 per hour
