Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator

Adecco Medical & Science is looking for a **Patient Care Coordinator** for our client! This is an onsite position!
**Type:** 3-month contract, with potential for extension
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay:** 17-19/hr
**Location:** Oviedo, FL
Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key front-desk role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily administrative operations within the clinic. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while assisting with scheduling, intake, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet patients promptly upon arrival and ensure wait times do not exceed 20 minutes.
+ Assist patients with the intake process, including verifying and copying necessary documentation.
+ Manage and process walk-in patient visits and general office visitors.
+ Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.
+ Support administrative workflows and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or similar administrative environment.
+ Familiarity with basic medical terminology and office procedures.
+ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
+ Experience with data entry and multi-line phone systems preferred.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
