    Temp-to-Hire | $21.10/hr. | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule | Day & Night Shifts

     

    Adecco is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Walton, KY. These are temp-to-hire roles with long-term potential for dependable and skilled candidates.

    Pay Rate

    $21.10 per hour

    Schedule

    + Start times: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM

    + 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2, work 3)

    + Rotates between day and night shifts every 8 weeks

     

    Location

     

    Walton, Kentucky

    Requirements

    + Resume required

    + Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Steel toe safety boots

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor CNC machines and equipment

    + Perform quality checks using calipers, gauges, and measurement tools

    + Follow standard operating procedures and visual work instructions

    + Maintain clean and safe work areas

    + Record data in traceability and quality systems

    + Load and unload parts and carriers

    + Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives

    Work Environment

    + Industrial setting with exposure to noise, vibration, and oils

    + Safety goggles required for 12-hour shifts

    + Requires visual, auditory, and verbal communication

    **Pay Details:** $21.10 per hour
