• Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

    Our client, a commercial construction company, is hiring a Senior Estimator in Nashville, TN. This role will be responsible for overseeing everything from initial estimates to final proposals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead preconstruction efforts, including bids, proposals, and budgets

    + Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals

    + Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and conceptual budgeting

    + Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

    + Identify project risks and align plans with business goals

    + Use construction estimating tools and adopt Lean practices to improve workflow

    Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, preferably within healthcare

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, estimating software, and field operations

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Revit, Lens, or Destiny preferred

    + Understanding of MBE/WBE/SBA requirements

    + Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed

    Our Client Offers:

    + Base salary in the 120k-150k range
