Production Worker – Mechanical Assembly & Electrical Support

**Location:** Arlington, TX

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $19/hr (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a **skilled and reliable Production Worker** with 3–5 years of **mechanical assembly experience** in a manufacturing environment is required. This individual will be responsible for assembling shopping cart control systems and cart management machines.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble mechanical components for shopping cart control systems and cart retrieval machines

+ Perform **wiring and electrical tasks** such as stripping, crimping, and connecting wires

+ Read and follow **assembly instructions**

+ Use hand and power tools to complete high-quality builds

+ Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met

+ Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production deadlines

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

+ 3–5 years of experience in **production or mechanical assembly** , ideally in machine manufacturing

+ Basic **electrical skills** required (stripping, crimping, and wiring)

+ **Consistent work history** with strong references—no major job-hopping

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, hands-on environment**

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

+ Must be a **team player** with a **positive attitude and good communication skills**

+ Willing and able to commute to **Arlington, TX**

+ Must be open to both **in-person and virtual interviews**

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
