We're seeking an experienced **Clinical Director** to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient and inpatient mental health programs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with a solid leadership background, deep clinical expertise, and a passion for guiding both patients and clinicians toward long-term success.
The Clinical Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, staff development, and regulatory compliance across all treatment programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to therapists, counselors, and other clinical team members.
+ Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
+ Ensuring all clinical services meet state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
+ Conducting regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance and support to staff.
+ Leading efforts in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education.
+ Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Qualifications
+ **Master’s degree** in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Required)
+ **Active Tennessee licensure** as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (Required)
+ Minimum of **5 years of clinical experience** in behavioral or mental health settings
+ At least **2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role**
+ Strong understanding of clinical modalities, treatment planning, and compliance standards
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
+ Proven ability to lead with empathy and strategic insight
This position offers:

**Pay Details:** $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
