Role Summary:
The g rowing Solution delivery at GLOBALFOUNDRIES seeks a personable and highly motivated SAP Director in Managing a team of FTEs and SI Partners . The role will lead areas of Program Phoenix which is a multi-year initiative that h as been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Siemens Teamcenter PLM . We seek a leader who will influence decisions, drive results and develop internal talent.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Provide leadership to Cross functional teams Data conversion, Cutover, Testing and Release Management and technical teams, Development , Security & compliance and Basis.
+ Drive the solution architecture to ensure all changes are in line with our required technical standards and S/4 is sustainable.
+ Lead the resolution of process and technical integration issues related to SAP, working with functional leads reviewing end-to-end business process scenarios, ensure that the solution is consistent to end-to-end, scalable and best practice
+ Manage daily operational relationships for the SAP and SI Partners that provide support; this includes ownership of the SAP Rise contract and overall SAP support agreement
+ Ensure ERP platform stays current on patches and versions and achieves maximum value through the SAP Rise and designated support contracts.
+ Manage overall security program for the SAP environment, ensuring appropriate entitlements and support for audit activities that occur annually
+ Strong Leadership capabilities and people management skills are required to engage, mentor, coach and grow the team
Required Qualifications:
+ 1 5 + years of relevant SAP S/4 HANA experience with e xperience in implementing SAP in Semiconductor manufacturing
+ People leadership - M ust have managed teams upwards of 20 FTE with a proven track record in leading high-performing global teams in an end user environment.
+ Solid functional and process expertise in at least one of the mo re SAP modules and processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing etc.) and technical areas of Development, Security, Basis.
+ Successfully lead influencing internal stakeholder discussions across various disciplines
+ Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others
+ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, experience with creating presentations for complex SAP design topics.
+ Ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
+ S/4 HANA Rise licensing and commercials would be an advantage.
+ Knowledge of integration between ERP, PLM and CRM
+ Background in consulting with ability to create story boards/presentations with quick turnaround.
Expected Salary Range
$154,500.00 - $280,000.00
