Clinical Design Global Scientific Communication Product Manager
Overview
The Lilly Research Labs (LRL) play a critical role in progressing the Lilly pipeline and driving the delivery of medicines from the time molecules leave the discovery research environment, through clinical trials and ultimately into product commercialization and launch.
Tech@Lilly LRL is responsible for establishing the information management and digital solutions to enable the future capabilities of LRL, for delivery of solutions to meet approved information management and technology initiatives, and for the stability of the current solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Lilly has the corporate goal of helping 150 million patients by 2030. To achieve this, we need to accelerate our reach and scale efforts by creating volume-driven uptake and broad access to a safe and reliable supply of life-changing medicines as well as scale our business by prioritizing investments. To reach this goal, we will be moving from sequential decisions and submissions to parallel implementation of products. Within Tech@Lilly, Global Scientific Communications (GSC) deliver critical solutions that enable successful regulatory submissions across the globe.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will work with engineering teams and vendor teams to manage and enable product development lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring timely delivery, user feedback, and quality assurance. Your focus will be the Global Scientific Communications (GSC) portfolio. This will include but not be limited to automated content generation and authoring collaboration capabilities for 100+ document types.

+ You build relationships with business partners by using account management skills like active listening and effective communication.
+ You understand business processes and partner to identify new automation opportunities to leverage technology to continuously improve these processes.
+ You are a key participant in managing your Tech@Lilly portfolio (e.g., technology, services, applications).
+ You translate business strategies and plans into future product, automation, and service needs
+ You gain and apply a deep knowledge of how the platform and products that enable and support key business processes.
+ You develop and leverage enterprise-wide Tech@Lilly relationships to understand and utilize services provided by other Tech@Lilly teams. You can analyze the impact of changes in these services on the GSC platform/products.
+ You influence the lifecycle and functional roadmaps for GSC platform/products ensuring business needs are met.
+ In partnership with product architects, you assess, plan for, manage, and deliver initiatives that impact the GSC products.
+ You conduct user testing and feedback sessions, and implement any necessary changes or improvements
+ You facilitate the portfolio of information security and quality initiatives that impact platform/products, to ensure it remains robust, available, and compliant.
+ You consult and support the organization’s Service Management capability on the delivery of small enhancements, changes, maintenance, and operational activities.
+ You participate in the development of strategies (validation, service, testing, etc.) to ensure compliance.
What you will bring

+ Experience in successfully delivering to quality standards within an enterprise quality framework
+ Experience in solution and/or Service Delivery management
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills and are highly adaptable to changing circumstances.
+ Experience managing relationships with key software and service providers.
+ Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders to drive project and process outcomes.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile practices and agile planning tools (e.g., Jira).
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Experience working in a highly regulated GxP environment with a deep understanding of how quality standards and procedures apply to high-risk applications, protecting privacy related data, and identifying security threats.
Your basic qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent field
+ 7+ years leadership experience working with business partners to deliver business outcomes through IT solutions and services with strong leadership and communication skills
+ 5+ years of experience in delivery and sustaining solutions throughout software development lifecycle: design, engineering, construct, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions, platforms, services, and capabilities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$123,000 - $180,400
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
