PAYRATE: $30.00 - $35.00

Job Summary: GCI Mountain division is currently seeking a Supervisor for Abatement. This position reports to the Division Managers and must have a positive and enthusiastic outlook with a strong ability to multitask. As the Supervisor you'll oversee and coordinate a wide range of projects across Colorado, integrating construction expertise with environmental stewardship. Your role will encompass hands-on leadership, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage construction crews, overseeing operations across construction, environmental, and demolition projects in Colorado.

+ Provide hands-on leadership, actively participating in project activities while guiding and mentoring your team.

+ Develop work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project completion.

+ Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables with project specifications and timelines.

+ Enforce safety compliance and accountability among team members, cultivating a culture of responsibility and well-being.

+ Maintain meticulous records of project activities, costs, and achievements, and prepare comprehensive reports as needed.

+ Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, proposing innovative solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requirements.

+ Conduct effective jobsite meetings, communicating project plans, goals, and expectations clearly to your team.

Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

+ Minimum of five years of experience in construction and environmental services, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, safety practices, and construction methods.

+ Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

+ Strong organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent planning skills.

+ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interaction.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
