Job Title: Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Spanish)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and will be responsible for answering phones, greeting and assisting guests, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner in both English and Spanish.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage the inflow of guests, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
