    Job Title: Electrical Assembler

    Job Description

    The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for reading work orders and schematics to assemble mechanical units by wiring motors, controls, and panels. They will cut, strip, and solder wires to ensure proper wiring setup for unit operation.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret work orders and schematics.

    + Wire motors, controls, and panels to mechanical units.

    + Cut, strip, and solder wires for assembly.

    + Ensure proper wiring setup for unit operation.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience in electrical assembly.

    + Diploma or GED.

    + At least 1 year of experience in electrical wiring.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a job shop environment.

    + Knowledge of HVAC unit manufacturing processes.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a climate-controlled facility divided into three buildings: Building 1 focuses on pre-assembly tasks such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, and electrical panel building; Building 2 is dedicated to assembly of HVAC units, brazing, and electrical wiring; Building 3 handles finishing, testing, closing, and shipping of units. The facility operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and employs a total of 140 staff members.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
