    FLOATING in NORTH DALLAS Medical Assistant – Front/Back Office (Oncology & Colon/Rectal Care)

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant – Back Office Floater to support our North Dallas-area clinics, specializing in oncology and colon/rectal care.     About the Role

    As a Front and Back Office Floater, you will:

    + Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories.

    + Assist physicians and nurses with procedures, administering injections, and coordinating specialized treatments.

    + Travel between North Dallas-area clinics, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across multiple locations.

    + Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

    + Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to create a seamless patient experience.

     

    What We're Looking For

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience (preferred).

    • Experience working with oncology and/or colon/rectal patients or a willingness to adapt to their unique needs.

    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing compassionate support to patients.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.

    • Flexibility and reliable transportation for travel between North Dallas-area clinics.

    • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
