    Job Title: Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assign tasks to team members and monitor employee performance.

    + Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.

    + Ensure production schedules are adhered to and make resource adjustments as needed.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow.

    + Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

    + Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

    + Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

    + Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and employee performance.

    + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

    + Monitor, develop, and support standard work activities.

    + Identify and address quality-related issues in the manufacturing process.

    + Communicate production status and issues to stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in continuous improvement with examples in manufacturing process.

    + Proven ability in Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

    + Experience in production supervision, managing production floors and staff.

    + Proficiency in ERP/MES systems like Epicor, Oracle, SAP.

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

    + Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software.

    + Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality assurance tools.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes a modern facility equipped with electric charging stations. Employees are required to use Personal Protection Equipment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch as needed. The role also requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

    This is a Permanent position based out of NA, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
