Job Title: Low Voltage Technician Level 2 and 3
**Available Positions:** Level 2 (1 year of commercial) and Level 3 (2-4 years of commercial)
**Pay:** $22-$28/hr., depending on experience
**Shift:** Monday to Friday // 10-hour shifts starting at 6am.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced low-voltage technicians to join our team for an exciting project at data centers located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role involves working with structured cabling systems, network hardware, and active data centers.
Responsibilities
+ Terminate jacks and pull cables.
+ Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems for CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, fiber optic, and coaxial cables.
+ Build out MDF and IDF closets, including racks, patch panels, wire management systems, and network hardware.
+ Install cordage type cabling in active data centers.
+ Set up network cabling.
+ Dress cables and perform cable tailing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
+ Pull the jetline into the closet.
+ Receive a subset of the scope, review, and understand necessary steps for pre-planning personnel, materials, and tools.
+ Build a closet by installing free-standing server racks and cabinets.
+ Place and install pathways.
+ Accurately pre-label copper and fiber cordage.
+ Pull and dress copper and fiber indoors and OSP.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with cabling and low voltage installation.
+ 1-4 years of experience as a commercial low voltage technician.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge in telecom cabling.
+ Wyoming Low Voltage License.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Level 2: 1 year of commercial low voltage installation experience, must own tools, valid driver's license.
+ Level 3: 2-4 years of commercial low voltage installation experience, must own tools, valid driver's license.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, working 5 days a week with 10-hour shifts starting at 6 am. You will work in teams ranging from 2 to 20 individuals, depending on tasks assigned by the client.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
