    **Job Title:** Senior Manufacturing Technician

    **Location:** Burnsville, MN (On-Site)

    **Compensation:** $29–$47 per hour (DOE)

As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for day-to-day manufacturing support, maintenance, repair, and service across our cleanrooms, assembly lines, and facility.     What You'll Do

    + **Frontline Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for production support—ensuring smooth operations every day.

    + **Maintenance Excellence:** Execute both planned and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and tools, keeping production on track.

    + **Process & Documentation:** Develop and manage maintenance procedures, work orders, and detailed records to maintain a compliant, efficient environment.

    + **Inventory & Spare Parts:** Establish a robust spare parts program to minimize downtime.

    + **Troubleshooting & Innovation:** Investigate equipment issues independently and use your expertise to diagnose and resolve challenges.

    + **Collaborative Problem Solving:** Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to design custom manufacturing tools and fixtures.

    + **Tech Proficiency:** Master the use of GagePack software to track equipment activity and ensure resource availability.

    + **Additional Duties:** Perform occasional facility maintenance across our Gateway and Design Center locations and support engineering tests and protocols.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Educational** **Background** **:** High school diploma required; Associate or technical degree preferred.

    + **Experience:** At least 5 years in a regulated, medical device manufacturing environment.

    + **Technical Skills:** Proven ability in independent investigation and troubleshooting; familiarity with SolidWorks for designing fixtures/tooling is a plus.

    + **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + **Adaptability:** Proven ability to excel in high-demand, fast-paced environments.

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
