    Are you a skilled Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing chemical processes and ensuring safety? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise can drive significant improvements? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing chemical processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and safety in the gasification process.

    + Technical Support: Provide expert guidance in process chemistry to plant operators and engineering staff.

    + Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

    + Data Analysis: Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Project Leadership: Lead and participate in projects aimed at process improvement, including design, implementation, and evaluation.

    + Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.

    + Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, and standard operating procedures.

    + Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, quality control, and environmental health and safety departments to ensure integrated and efficient plant operations.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

    + Experience: 6+ years of experience in a refinery, petrochemical environment, or any type of PSM (Process Safety Management) facility.

    + Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and process chemistry.

    + Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions.

    + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

    + Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

    + Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in chemical processing environments.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
