Job Title: Landscape Manager

Job Description

Manage and supervise a team of 25-30 landscapers, coordinating daily operations to ensure all job sites are running smoothly. Report to the shop in Delaware County every morning and use a company vehicle to visit active job sites. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. Collaborate with owners to plan and execute maintenance schedules while maintaining accurate records of project progress and worker performance.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles

+ Experience in landscaping or construction is preferred

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

+ Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
