CNC Lathe Machinist
Pay $46 per hour
Job Description
Join a dynamic contract manufacturer specializing in aerospace and defense products, where precision and innovation meet. We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist adept in setups and operations for key clients in the industry.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate various precision machining equipment.
+ Work with Mazatrol programs and machines equipped with live tooling capabilities.
+ Perform setups, operations, tooling changes, and troubleshooting.
+ Machine components made of aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel.
+ Manage both low and high production runs efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in CNC machining and lathe operations.
+ Experience with Mazatrol and Mazak lathe machines.
+ Knowledge of GD&T standards.
+ Understanding of machine setup and programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience working with tight tolerances.
+ Strong mathematics skills, particularly in shop math.
+ Proficiency with measuring tools.
+ Experience with manual mills and lathes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $46.00/hr.
