    Job Title: Coating Technician

     

    Pay Rate: $21.50 to $27.16 per hour +$1 shift differential

     

    2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 1pm (Monday - Thursday)

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Coating Technician, where you will be responsible for executing production spray or dip operations with both liquid and powder paints on manufactured products requiring standard finishes. Your role is crucial in meeting defined production expectations and adhering to schedules. You will follow detailed work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure smooth operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform production spray or dip operations involving liquid or powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes.

    + Meet defined production expectations and be on-time to schedule.

    + Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.

    + Load and unload carts efficiently.

    + Perform computer transactions and run dispatch lists.

    + Understand and decipher part numbers accurately.

    + Maintain consistency with company work schedule expectations and handle the physical demands of the job.

    Essential Skills

    + Some experience with coating and or finishing processes is a plus but not required.

    + Experience using hand tools effectively.

    + Ability to perform production spray or dip operations with liquid or powder paints.

    + Capacity to meet defined production expectations and schedules.

    + Familiarity with interpreting work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

    + Competency in performing computer transactions and managing dispatch lists.

    + Skill in understanding and deciphering part numbers.
