    Job Title: Materials Testing Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Materials Testing Technician to provide support to project managers on transportation construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting contractor operations, conducting materials testing, measuring items for payment, and maintaining project and material documents.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect contractor's operations to ensure conformance with engineering plans and specifications.

    + Conduct materials testing.

    + Measure items for payment.

    + Maintain project and material documents.

    Essential Skills

    + AASHTO

    + DOT

    + Construction materials testing

    + ACI

    + Concrete

    + Construction

    + Concrete testing

    + Asphalt

    + Asphalt paving

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associates degree in Environmental, Civil Technology, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

    + Knowledge of construction materials testing, construction inspection, ACI, concrete, or concrete testing.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
