Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator who will perform MIG welding on structural steel according to blueprint specifications. The candidate will be responsible for measuring and cutting their own material using a saw when necessary and utilizing an overhead crane to move materials to their welding stations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding on structural steel according to blueprint specifications.
+ Measure and cut materials using a saw.
+ Utilize overhead crane to transport materials to welding stations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with structural fabrication.
+ Competency in using a saw and brake press.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 1 year of experience in welding on the job or a technical degree in welding.
+ At least 1 year of experience in reading blueprints, work orders, or written instructions.
+ Experience using a tape measure.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
