• Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

    Direct Hire Maintenance Technician - $37/hr

    Responsibilities

    + Perform daily audits and lead preventative maintenance activities.

    + Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery.

    + Perform PLC troubleshooting, primarily with Siemens systems, and occasional programming.

    + Read blueprints and perform analytical troubleshooting.

    + Bend and run conduit.

    + Work with mechanical systems such as gearboxes, hydraulics, hand and power tools.

    + Troubleshoot issues with machine communication networks, stretch wrapping equipment, spooling and despooling equipment, Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programs, hotmelt adhesive equipment, and packaging equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Manufacturing experience (3-5 years ideally).

    + Strong electrical (AC/DC motors, 480v 3 phase, PLCs - Siemens, photo-eye sensors).

    + Experience in blueprint reading and analytical troubleshooting.

    + Education verification is required.

    The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr.
