Job Title: Robotics Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Automation and Robotics Technician for day and night shifts who will be responsible for effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robots and automated equipment throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
+ Complete advanced troubleshooting on 3-phase 480v systems and electrical circuits.
+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and install automated machinery such as VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and robots.
+ Repair and install hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Program or reroute robotic systems.
+ Maintain facilities when necessary, including compressors, air tanks, plumbing, lighting, and overhead cranes.
+ Execute extensive preventive maintenance programs.
+ Perform basic housekeeping tasks, including cleaning floors and work areas.
+ Utilize multi-meters and other electrical testing equipment.
+ Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic for troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors.
+ 2+ years of experience in automation and robotic troubleshooting and repair, specifically with ABB and Fanuc.
+ 2+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience.
+ Comfort in completing mechanical and electrical repairs in a hands-on maintenance role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in PLC programming.
+ Experience in robotic programming.
+ Possession of certificates within robotics or PLCs.

Work Environment
The work environment is characterized by a very clean plant with brand new automated machines, machine cells, and office areas. Automated robots act as forklifts, efficiently moving material in and out of the facility. Employees are helpful and friendly, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. The work schedule includes both day and night shifts in a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off pattern, with potential adjustments during staffing and training phases.

This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
