    Job Title: HVAC Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager with expertise in Gas Forced Air High and Mid efficiency furnaces including Multi-stage and Variable speed ECM units. The role also involves working with Forced air Split ducted cooling & air source heat pump units, single and multiple stage units, R-22, R-410a, R-454B Ductless Mini-Split Heat pumps R-410a & R-32, High Efficiency Hot Water boilers (Modulating), Cast Iron Hot water boilers Infloor, fin/tube, and cast Iron radiant hot water heat systems, Gas hanging garage (unit) heaters, Air Exchange and Ventilation systems, IAQ products, and WiFi enabled thermostats.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of Gas Forced Air High and Mid efficiency furnaces.

    + Handle Forced air Split ducted cooling & air source heat pump units, single and multiple stage units.

    + Work with R-22, R-410a, R-454B Ductless Mini-Split Heat pumps R-410a & R-32.

    + Maintain High Efficiency Hot Water boilers (Modulating).

    + Oversee Cast Iron Hot water boilers Infloor, fin/tube, and cast Iron radiant hot water heat systems.

    + Install and manage Gas hanging garage (unit) heaters.

    + Ensure proper functionality of Air Exchange and Ventilation systems.

    + Implement and maintain IAQ products.

    + Configure and manage WiFi enabled thermostats.

    + Train new technicians and support their professional development.

    Essential Skills

    + HVAC expertise

    + Experience in Gas Forced Air High and Mid efficiency furnaces

    + Knowledge of Forced air Split ducted cooling & air source heat pump units

    + Familiarity with R-22, R-410a, R-454B Ductless Mini-Split Heat pumps

    + Experience with High Efficiency Hot Water boilers (Modulating)

    + Knowledge of Cast Iron Hot water boilers and radiant hot water heat systems

    + Expertise in Gas hanging garage heaters

    + Understanding of Air Exchange and Ventilation systems

    + Proficiency in IAQ products

    + Ability to configure WiFi enabled thermostats

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge in Ductwork design

    + Experience with Ground Source heat pumps

    + Familiarity with Electric Plenum Heaters

    + Experience with Gas radiant tube heaters

    + Knowledge of Oil Furnaces

    + Experience selling service agreements

    + Willingness to work extended hours

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Madison Lake, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

     

    Paid Vacation

     

    3% matching retirement.

     

    Quarterly bonus opportunities.

     

    Company Vehicle possible (long distance commute would have to negotiate this)
