    Job Title: Civil Design Engineer (EIT)

    Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Land Development Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines design, engineering, and project management in a dynamic environment, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with a developer rather than a traditional civil consulting firm.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform Civil 3D design for land development projects.

    + Design storm water management systems.

    + Conduct grading and drainage design.

    + Model utilities and manage projects.

    + Engage with the community and conduct due diligence.

    + Perform feasibility analysis for project development.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Expertise in land development and site development.

    + Strong background in civil engineering and civil design.

    + Experience in stormwater and drainage design.

    + Project management capabilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Civil Engineering degree (2 or 4-year).

    + Experience in site design and civil engineering design.

    + EIT or Professional Engineer designation is advantageous.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a brand-new office located in North Hills. The environment offers a modern and vibrant workspace, ideal for creativity and innovation in civil engineering and design.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
