    $19.29/hour with increase at 6 months

    Swing Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM

    Overtime Required

    The Job You Will Perform:

    + Responsible for set-up and mounting of plates

    + Responsible for quality control in the negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders.

    + Responsible for Optical Mounting, proofing, Quality Control, sewing, and shipping

    + Operates and maintains processing equipment and computers

    + Reads CAD files, interpreting a variety of customer press specifications, building carriers per customer profile

    + Ensures compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures and standards

    + Responsible for housekeeping duties

    + All other duties assigned

    The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

    + Experience as a Flexographic Printing Plate Mounter Proofer or a Mounters Helper desirable, but not required.

    + Experience manufacturing Sheet Print Plates is desirable.

    + Warehouse or Assembly line experience preferred.

    + Shift flexibility and overtime required.

    + Mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and spatial visualization skills

    + Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

    + Must be able to lift a 50-pound container.
