Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with database query, SQL coding, and analysis.

+ Experience leading cross-functional project teams through strong problem-framing.

+ Knowledge of accounting and core finance processes and standard finance systems (e.g., SAP).

+ Ability to start and direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

+ Excellent problem-structuring and project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights.

+ Strong problem solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence senior leadership teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop financial models that help TI (Technical Infrastructure) and Finance to make sound financial decisions on capital investments.

+ Work with TI business partners to plan, forecast, and report on TI Capital spend, all grounded with business drivers.

+ Analyze data and synthesize raw information into insights and recommendations.

+ Identify and implement cost and operational metrics to measure business results and efficiency in areas being supported.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to TI business partners, accounting, finance, internal audit, systems, and engineering teams.
