    Rove Pest Control is hiring a Full-Time Customer Success Specialists (CSS) to work in our Novi office. Customer Service Representatives at Rove Pest Control are the first point of contact for our customers. We guide our customers through their problems with empathy and help them get connected to our team of exceptional technicians to get their issues resolved quickly.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Answer inbound calls

    + Responds to customer emails, voicemails, and tasks in a timely manner

    + Plan and schedule services

    + Actively involved in continuous self-improvement

    + Ability to show empathy to customers

    + Willingness to help others

    + Prior customer service is a plus

    + $16-20 per hour

    + Hourly pay and bonus determined by candidate’s experience
